Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady korzystania ze strony internetowej SynthLife.pl, w tym formularza zapisu na listę oczekujących (Beta Waitlist) oraz panelu pobierania materiałów informacyjnych dla inwestorów (Pitch Deck).These terms of service define the rules for using the SynthLife.pl website, including the waitlist signup form (Beta Waitlist) and the panel for downloading informational materials for investors (Pitch Deck).
2. Korzystanie z Symulatora Biometrycznego2. Use of the Biometric Simulator
Dostępny na stronie symulator biometrii i aktywności (Phone Simulator) ma charakter wyłącznie demonstracyjny i poglądowy (Proof of Concept). Prezentuje on model działania interaktywnego trenera AI (paradygmat Correction-First) oraz symulację trybu regeneracji (Cognitive Offloading) pod wpływem obniżonego HRV. Dane wprowadzane do symulatora są przetwarzane w pamięci tymczasowej przeglądarki oraz w celach demonstracyjnych w bazie danych SQLite.The biometric and activity simulator (Phone Simulator) available on the website is for demonstration and illustrative purposes only (Proof of Concept). It presents the operating model of the interactive AI coach (Correction-First paradigm) and the simulation of the recovery mode (Cognitive Offloading) driven by lowered HRV. Data entered into the simulator is processed in the browser's temporary memory and in the SQLite database for demonstration purposes.

Zapis na listę oczekujących wymaga podania prawdziwych danych kontaktowych (imię oraz adres e-mail). Zgłoszenie nie gwarantuje uzyskania natychmiastowego dostępu do zamkniętych testów i ma charakter deklaratywny. SynthLife zastrzega sobie prawo do selekcji uczestników fazy testowej w zależności od dostępnych zasobów technicznych.Signing up for the waitlist requires providing true contact information (name and email address). Submitting the form does not guarantee immediate access to the closed beta and is declarative. SynthLife reserves the right to select participants for the testing phase depending on available technical resources.

SynthLife nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za ewentualne szkody powstałe w wyniku niezgodnego z przeznaczeniem korzystania z aplikacji, w szczególności za decyzje zdrowotne podjęte samodzielnie przez użytkownika w oparciu o szacunki algorytmów sztucznej inteligencji. Wszelkie decyzje dietetyczne i treningowe powinny być konsultowane z lekarzem rodzinnym lub dietetykiem.SynthLife is not liable for any damages resulting from using the application contrary to its intended purpose, in particular for health decisions made independently by the user based on artificial intelligence algorithm estimates.
